After a long wait we’ve now re-introduced our healthy meal prep service through our new ordering website shahedsnutrition.co.uk.

We are excited to introduce new additions like breakfasts dishes and snacks, as well as our standard meals – now with even more choice and available in 3 different plans, lean, maintenance, and bulk to suit your fitness goals, or maybe just to save you the hassle of shopping, cooking, and cleaning after a long day.

We are taking orders with an order cut-off by Friday 9pm for Monday afternoon collection from the shop or delivery to your door (within a 5 mile radius). In the future this will change and we may look to add more ordering/distribution days and hopefully expand our delivery radius.
